Our basket ricotta is delicate and tender with a mild flavor profile that makes it incredibly versatile in the kitchen. From desserts to savory dishes, cheesecake to ravioli, or enjoyed on a good crusty bread with a dash of salt and a drizzle of evoo, this is a work-horse cheese to fill out your weekly menus!
We produce an exceptionally moist ricotta that is hand scooped, drained for two hours and carefully wrapped and ready to be enjoyed!
